Reva started in the year 1994 in California.They first tested their product in Bangalore in the year 2001 and later started in London in the year 2003. Now its available in many other countries such as Norway, Spain, France. This car is designed in such a way that it can run in extreme climatic conditions
REVA Electric Car Company currently produces two versions of the REVAi, an urban electric micro-car seating two adults and two kids:
REVAi, equipped with lead-acid batteries, which has a nominal range of 80 km per charge and a top speed of 80 km/h This car was available in 2400 colours which includes six standard colours. This car weighs to about 40 kgs
REVA L-ion, equipped with Lithium-ion batteries, which has faster acceleration and a nominal range of 120 km per charge
The whole experience of visiting this factory was completely knowledgable and gave me an understanding of the different stages involved in of assembling of the car.
